A different twist on shrimp dip, this one
adds some zesty flavor.
Creamy Italian
Shrimp Dip
- 1 (8-ounce) container
sour cream
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup seafood cocktail sauce
1 envelope dry Italian salad dressing mix
8 ounces shrimp, cooked and finely chopped
3 green onions, chopped
Assorted fresh vegetables
- Beat sour cream, cream
cheese, cocktail sauce and salad dressing mix in small mixer
bowl until creamy. Stir in shrimp and green onions.
- Transfer to serving dish.
Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve with vegetables or potato
chips.
Makes 2 1/2 cups dip.
