Double Delight

No recipe image available.Impress your family and friends with these homemade double cheese, double good whole wheat crackers.

Recipe Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup (2 ounces) Wisconsin Brie cheese, rind removed
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped or 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
2 cups whole wheat flour

Cooking Directions:

  1. Cream butter and cheeses. Mix in remaining ingredients. Shape into a log, 1 1/2 inch in diameter. Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill.
  2. Slice thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
  3. Place on greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 7 to 10 minutes.

Makes about 24 crackers.
