Easy Pot Stickers

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place 1/2 of frozen pot stickers in pan seam-side up. Cook until bottoms are golden, 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from skillet and repeat frying process with remaining oil and pot stickers.
  2. Return the first batch of pot stickers to the skillet with the second batch and pour in chicken broth. Reduce heat and cook until all liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer pot stickers, browned-side up, onto a serving platter.

Makes 32 appetizers.
