Tropical fruits like papaya, mango and kiwi marry nicely with mild ham. Make up to 4 hours ahead, cover and chill.

Fancy Ham-Wrapped Fruit

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon orange marmalade
1/3 pound thinly sliced fully-cooked ham, cut into 1 x 4-inch strips
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  1. In a small bowl stir together cream cheese and orange marmalade.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture on one side of each ham strip.
  3. Place a piece of fruit on each ham strip and wrap around fruit.

Makes about 32.
