Serve this delicious corn and black bean
dip warm with tortilla chips.
Fiesta Corn and Black Bean
Toss
- 1 (15 1/4-ounce) can Del Monte® Fiesta
Corn, drained
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Del Monte® Petite Diced Tomatoes with
Zesty Jalapenos, drained
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
- Toss. Garnish with cilantro and serve
with squeeze of lime juice, if desired.
- Serve with warm tortilla chips.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
