Fiesta Corn and Black Bean Toss
Serve this delicious corn and black bean dip warm with tortilla chips.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 (15.25-ounce) can Del Monte® Fiesta Corn™, drained
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1 (14.5-ounce) can Del Monte® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Jalapeños, drained
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin (optional)
Cooking Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Toss.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with squeeze of lime juice, if desired.
- Serve with warm tortilla chips.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
