Prep Time: 10 minutes

Serve this delicious corn and black bean dip warm with tortilla chips.

Fiesta Corn and Black Bean Toss

1 (15 1/4-ounce) can Del Monte® Fiesta Corn™, drained
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup green onions, sliced
1 (14 1/2-ounce) can Del Monte® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Jalapenos, drained
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Toss. Garnish with cilantro and serve with squeeze of lime juice, if desired.
  3. Serve with warm tortilla chips.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
