Give Appetizer Meatballs a burst of citrus with this dip. Also try a drizzle on sliced roast sandwich.

Ginger-Orange Dip

3 ounces thawed orange juice concentrate *
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 garlic cloved, crushed
  1. In medium bowl stir together orange juice concentrate, olive oil, ginger and garlic. Mix well.

Makes about 1/2 cup dip.

*1/2 of a 6-ounce container.
