Give your favorite grilled pork some added flavor with this tasty fresh salsa.

Ginger-Peach Salsa

4 ripe peaches, peeled and coarsely chopped *
2 minced green onions (all white part and some of the green)
2 tablespoons hibachi sauce
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon crushed red chiles
4 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
  1. In small bowl, stir together green onions, hibachi sauce, brown sugar and crushed red chiles. Serve immediately or let stand at room temperature for up to an hour.
  2. Stir in cilantro and serve.

Makes 2 cups.

*or use 1 (29-ounce) can peach slices, drained and chopped
