Give your favorite grilled pork some added flavor with this tasty fresh salsa.
Ginger-Peach Salsa
- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and coarsely chopped *
2 minced green onions (all white part and some of the green)
2 tablespoons hibachi sauce
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon crushed red chiles
4 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- In small bowl, stir together green onions, hibachi sauce, brown sugar and crushed red chiles. Serve immediately or let stand at room temperature for up to an hour.
- Stir in cilantro and serve.
Makes 2 cups.
*or use 1 (29-ounce) can peach slices, drained and chopped
