This delectable dip, flavored with peach or apricot preserves and cystallized ginger, adds sparkle to fresh fruit.

Gingered Fruit Dip

2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons peach or apricot preserves
2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
Assorted fresh or dried fruit, cut up
  1. Combine all ingredients except fruit in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate to blend flavors (at least 1 hour).
  2. Serve with fresh fruit. Store refrigerated.

Makes 2 cups.
