Jelly Meatballs
"Don't knock 'em until you've tried'em. Place toothpicks nearby and watch them disappear. Also, cut up some hotdogs and fry them instead of meatballs. Enjoy." Recipe submitted by Jim McElhone.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 box frozen meatballs (small size) 40 to 50 count (or you can make your own meatballs)
1 large jar grape jelly
1 jar chili sauce
Cooking Directions:
- Prepare the meatballs according to directions on the box, and drain when cooked.
- Mix the grape jelly and the chili sauce together in a large saucepan, and add meatballs. Heat over medium until hot.
Makes 40 to 50 appetizers.
