Juicy Gelatin Icy Pops
Your kids will enjoy helping you make these cool and easy treats, but they'll enjoy eating them much more!
Recipe Ingredients:
1 (3.5-ounce) package gelatin, any flavor
2 cups boiling water
2 cups fruit juice, any flavor
Cooking Directions:
- Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Stir in juice and then pour into molds. Freeze until firm.
Makes 16 to 18 frozen treats.
Tip: To increase the nutritional value of these fun treats, substitute 1 cup of puréed fruit for 1 cup juice.
