Mango Salsa
Shake up your salsa with mangos. Give this salsa a try with its combination of sweet and spicy flavors.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 to 3 ripe mangoes, chopped
1 jalapeño chile, seeded and minced
1/4 cup minced red onion
4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Salt, to taste
Cooking Directions:
- Stir together all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
