Home-made tortilla chips or fresh veggie sticks next to a bowl of this dip is a party waiting to happen; just add people!

Melted Cheese Dip

4 cups four cheese Mexican blend shredded cheese
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup non-alcoholic beer
1 (4-ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Combine cheese and flour in large bowl. Bring beer to boil in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Reduce heat to low.
  2. Add cheese mixture, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring constantly until cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining cheese; stir until thickened. Do not boil.
  3. Stir in chiles, cilantro, salt and pepper. Pour immediately into 8-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with jalapeños and drizzle with taco sauce, if desired. Serve immediately or keep warm in oven. Serve with tortilla chips.
