Entertaining and want something new? This minature version of an old favorite is just the thing to serve your guests.

Miniature Reubens

1 (11-ounce) package STOUFFER'S® Creamed Chipped Beef
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup sauerkraut, well drained
4 green onions, minced
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
28 rye OR pumpernickel cocktail-size bread slices
Vegetable cooking spray
  1. THAW creamed chipped beef in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 6 to 7 minutes. Stir together creamed chipped beef, cheese, and next 5 ingredients.
  2. SPREAD Thousand Island dressing evenly over 1 side of each bread slice; top evenly with beef mixture. Place reubens on baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
  3. BAKE reubens at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes or until puffed and golden.
