Orange-Mint Salsa
This citrus salsa, with a kiss of mint, will make a tasty side to your holiday ham. With any leftovers, add more sliced orange, kiwi, and sliced banana and turn it into a fruit salad for the next day's meal.
Recipe Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled, seeded and chopped
3 kiwi fruit, peeled and finely chopped
1/4 cup snipped fresh mint
1/4 cup minced red onion
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
Salt, to taste
Cooking Directions:
- Stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve chilled or room temperature.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
