Ortega Refried Bean Dip

Ortega Refried Bean DipA blend refried beans and salsa makes a quick and unique dip for unexpected guests. Serve with crispy tortilla or corn chips.

Recipe Ingredients:

3 cups ORTEGA® Refried Beans - divided use
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup ORTEGA Salsa® - Homestyle Recipe
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
1 green onion, chopped for garnish

Cooking Directions:

  1. Place 1 1/2 cups refried beans in food processor. Cover. Process until smooth. Transfer to medium bowl.
  2. Add sour cream, cumin, salsa and remaining beans, mix well. Garnish top of dip with shredded cheese and chopped green onion.

Makes 8 servings.
