Savory Fresh Apricot Bites

No recipe image available.Fresh apricot halves are filled with cream cheese and sprinkled with pistachios. So good, and so easy!

Recipe Ingredients:

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 fresh apricots, halved
1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped

Cooking Directions:

  1. Stir cream cheese until smooth; pipe or spoon into apricot halves.
  2. Sprinkle tops with pistachios.
  3. Serve as an appetizer, snack, or dessert.

Makes 12 appetizers.
