Slow Cooker Spinach Artichoke Dip
Always a crowd-pleaser, this classic dip is conveniently made ahead in a slow cooker, and stays warm to the last bite by being served from the cooker!
Recipe Ingredients:
1 (12-ounce) can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
1 (12-ounce) package STOUFFER'S Spinach Souffle, thawed*
1 (13.75-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
1 small onion, grated
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled Cotija cheese
Pita or tortilla chips
Cooking Directions:
- Mix evaporated milk, spinach soufflé, artichokes, onion, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and Cotija cheese in a 5-quart slow cooker until well blended.
- Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours or until dip is hot and cheeses are melted. Serve in slow cooker on warm with chips.
Makes 40 (2 tablespoon) servings.
*Note: If unable to find Spinach Soufflé, substitute 1 (12-ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry.
