Serve this smoked salmon cheese spread
on toasted bagel rounds, English muffins or sourdough bread.
Smoked Salmon and
Cheese Rounds
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/3 cup skinless, boneless flaked smoked salmon or other smoked
fish
2 small tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Toasted bagels, English muffins or sourdough bread
- Combine cheeses in a bowl using an electric
mixer.
- Stir in smoked fish, tomatoes, onion,
parsley, salt and pepper. Chill until serving.
- Spread on toasted bagels, English muffins
or sourdough bread.
Makes 8 servings.
