Spice up your next batch of chicken wings with a Southwest spin. This recipe can easily be doubled for your next party or family get together.

Southwest Chicken Wings

2 1/2 pounds chicken wings
1 (4-ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  2. CUT chicken wings into sections; discard wing tip sections.
  3. COMBINE chiles, barbecue sauce, honey, chili powder, and cumin in bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat. Transfer to large prepared baking dish.
  4. BAKE for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink near bone.

Makes 8 servings.
