This is another variation of the easy to make crostini. Serve as a beginning to your next dinner party.

Spinach-Feta Aioli on Crostini

1 (9-ounce) package STOUFFER'S® Creamed Spinach
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 (4-ounce) package crumbled Feta cheese
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 (8-ounce) baguette, cut diagonally into thin slices
  1. THAW creamed spinach in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 5 to 6 minutes.
  2. STIR together mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients; stir in creamed spinach.
  3. SPREAD creamed spinach mixture evenly on baguette slices, and place slices on baking sheets.
  4. BAKE at 350° F for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.

Makes 8 appetizer servings.

Note: Spinach-Feta Aioli may be chilled and spread over toasted baguette slices.
