Swiss and Parmesan Bruschetta

Swiss and Parmesan BruschettaThin slices of toasted French bread are spread with a mixture of cottage cheese, sour cream, mayo, Swiss and Parmesan cheeses and green onions and broiled until bubbly and golden brown.

Recipe Ingredients:

1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded Wisconsin Swiss cheese
1/4 cup (1 ounce) grated Wisconsin Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 loaf French bread

Cooking Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except bread; stir to blend.
  2. Slice French bread into 1/2-inch slices; toast.
  3. Spread with cheese mixture.
  4. Broil 4 to 5 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
  5. Serve warm.

Makes 12 servings.
