Vanilla-Cinnamon Fruit Dip

Vanilla-Cinnamon Fruit DipIdeal served as an after-school snack for the kids or as part of a healthy breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 packets No Sugar Added Classic French Vanilla Flavor CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS™ Complete Nutritional Drink
1/4 cup fat free milk
1/4 cup (2 ounces) light whipped cream cheese, at room temperature
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine Carnation Instant Breakfast Essentials, milk, cream cheese and cinnamon in small bowl; whisk until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.
  2. Serve with sliced apples, strawberries, peaches or bananas, if desired.

Makes 4 servings.
