Yam Dip
- 1 pint nonfat plain yogurt
1 package onion soup mix
1/2 cup fresh yams (sweet potatoes), cooked and mashed OR 1/2 (15-ounce) can yams, drained and mashed
- Mix ingredients together and chill. Serve with fresh vegetables.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
