Cobblestone Sweet Bars

No recipe image available.Melted butterscotch chips and a bit of butter are the binder for the cobblestones (miniature marshmallows and peanuts) in these sweet bars. Recipe submitted by Sara.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 (6-ounce each) packages butterscotch chips
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups dry roasted peanuts, chopped fine

Cooking Directions:

  1. Melt butterscotch chips and butter in a large saucepan. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and peanuts, mixing well.
  2. Spread in a greased 9x9x2-inch square pan and chill until firm.

Makes 24 bars.
