White Chocolate Chip Brownies
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coarsely chopped white chocolate
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly butter a 9-inch square pan.
- Melt chocolate chips over low heat until smooth; set aside to cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, stir together wafer crumbs and condensed milk. Thoroughly blend in melted chocolate and vanilla. Stir in white chocolate; mix well.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until firm and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and cut into bars.
Makes 24 brownies.
