The mustard sauce makes these steaks special and it takes less than 30 minutes from start to finish.

Broiled Steak with Green Onion Mustard Sauce

1 cup brown mustard
1 cup finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 teaspoons crushed dried basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
6 (6-ounce) sirloin steaks
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a small bowl, combine brown mustard, green onions, parsley, basil, garlic powder and seasoned salt; blend well.
  3. Spread sauce evenly over steaks, reserving some for later. Place steaks on a broiler pan 4 to 5-inches from heat and broil until desired doneness is reached, about 6 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Brush with reserved mustard sauce before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
