Caribbean-Style Steak

1/4 cup steak sauce
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 1/4 pounds steaks
1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Combine steak sauce, brown sugar and lime juice in a small bowl; reserve 1 tablespoon for basting. Place steak in a glass dish and add marinade, turning to coat. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
  2. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  3. Remove steaks from marinade and place on grill. Cook for 14 to 20 minutes, or until cooked to your preference, turning once. Brush with reserved basting sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  4. Season steak with salt. Carve into thin slices to serve.

Makes 5 servings.
