Tasty fajita wraps with jalapeño sour cream make a great luncheon offering or quick dinner. Serve with Caesar salad, Ortega refried beans and Libbys Kerns Nectar to complete the meal.
Fajita Wraps with Jalapeno Cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon or more ORTEGA® Diced Jalapeños
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 (20-ounce) package ORTEGA® Frozen Steak Fajita, prepared according to package directions
4 (10-inch) burrito-size flour tortillas, warmed
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- Combine sour cream, jalapeños and lime juice in small bowl.
- Spoon fajitas down center of each tortilla; sprinkle evenly with cheese and cilantro. Top with jalapeño cream; fold in one end and roll up.
