Orange-Rosemary Steaks
- 1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon malt vinegar
1 tablespoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon rosemary
1 1/4 pounds steaks
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- Make marinade by combining orange juice, malt vinegar, chopped onion, and rosemary.
- Place steak in a plastic bag; add the marinade, turning to coat. Close the bag securely and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or up to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove the steaks from the marinade and grill for 17 to 22 minutes, turning once. Season with salt and pepper.
- To serve, carve into thin slices.
Makes 5 servings.
