Chocolate-Maple Malt

1 cup chocolate fat free skim milk
1 cup vanilla low-fat ice cream
2 teaspoons instant malted milk powder
2 to 3 drops maple flavoring
  1. In a blender container combine chocolate fat free skim milk, low-fat ice cream, malted milk powder, and maple flavoring. Cover and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.

Makes 2 (7-ounce) servings.
