Try this as a refreshing option for a healthful and on-the-go breakfast drink. Low-fat and fat-free milk and yogurt can also be used.
Grape Roughie
- 1/2 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup crushed ice
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine grapes, milk, yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla and crushed ice in a blender. Process on high speed for 15 seconds. Serve immediately.
