Morning Fruit Shake
Call it a 'fruit shake' or a 'fruit smoothie', it is what it is, a creamy, fruit and yogurt beverage to pick you up and get you going in the morning...or anytime of the day.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup plain low fat yogurt
1/2 cup low fat milk
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 cup banana slices
1/2 cup strawberry slices
Cooking Directions:
- Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into two large glasses. Serve immediately.
