Soy is the latest nutritional rage, and this fruity shake is an easy way to add a serving to your day.

Raspberry-Banana Soy Smoothie

2 cups soy milk, regular, flavored or fat-free
2 cups raspberries
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  1. Combine soy milk, raspberries, bananas and yogurt in a blender and process until creamy, 5 to 10 seconds.
  2. Pour into cold glasses, sprinkle nutmeg on top, and serve at once.

Makes 2 servings.

Shopping Tip: Look for soy milk in the natural food section of well-stocked supermarkets, and of course, in almost any natural food store.
