Quench a summertime thirst with this refreshing, sweet-tart and sparkling strawberry lemonade.

Strawberry Lemonade

2 pints strawberries, cleaned and hulled 3 cups cold water 3/4 cup lemon juice 3/4 cup granulated sugar 2 cups club soda
Strawberries for garnish (optional)

In blender, puree strawberries.
Combine the pureed strawberries with cold water, lemon juice and sugar; stir until the sugar dissolves.
Add club soda.
Serve over ice, garnished with strawberries, if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
