Summer Sangria
A refreshing, nonalcoholic fruity sangria the whole family can enjoy.
Recipe Ingredients:
3 cups grapefruit juice, chilled
1 1/2 cups white grape juice, chilled
1 orange, peeled and thinly sliced*
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 1/2 cups club soda, chilled
Cooking Directions:
- Combine grapefruit juice, white grape juice, orange slices and strawberries. Add club soda when ready to serve.
Makes 8 servings.
*To Slice Orange: With a sharp chef's knife, slice off the top and bottom so the orange will stand on end. Proceed to slice the peel off from top to bottom, trying to slice away all the white pith. Then turn the orange on its side and slice thinly.
