Tropical fruits and frozen yogurt, blended together in this refreshingly cool smoothie, are great on a hot summer afternoon. (Also, it makes a nutritious breakfast for people who are in a rush to get to school or work.)

Tropical Dream Shake

2 cups cubed, peeled and pitted mango
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cubed, peeled and pitted papaya
1 cup orange juice
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
  1. Combine mangos, milk, papaya, orange juice, frozen yogurt and sugar in a blender. Process until smooth, about 3 minutes. Add crushed ice and blend again until smooth.

Makes 4 servings.

Tip: You can substitute fresh strawberries for the mango or papaya.
