Beer Muffins

No recipe image available.A quick and easy homemade bread for dinner. These beer muffins are best served warm.

Recipe Ingredients:

4 cups biscuit baking mix
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 (12-ounce) bottle or can flat beer

Cooking Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine biscuit baking mix, sugar, and beer.
  2. Pour into greased muffin tins.
  3. Bake in a preheated 425°F (220°C) oven until browned, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Makes 24 muffins.
