Blueberry Buttermilk Muffins

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 cups blueberries
  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, and melted butter. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour in the liquid ingredients, mixing quickly. Fold in blueberries. Spoon the batter into greased muffin tins.
  3. Bake in a 400*F oven for 20 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven. Let cool completely on wire rack.

Makes 1 dozen muffins.
