Carrot Pineapple Bread
A recipe for Carrot Pineapple Bread prepared with a bread machine.
Recipe Ingredients:
3/4 cup crushed pineapple
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup raw, grated carrots
1 1/2 tablespoons applesauce
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups white bread flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Cooking Directions:
- Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Select Sweet setting and Light Crust; start machine.
Makes 1 (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
