EZ Cheesy Bread
- 3 (1-pound) packages frozen bread dough,
thawed
- 2 1/2 cups shredded Swiss or Gouda
cheese
- 3/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 6 tablespoon melted butter
- Grease a 10-inch tube pan; set aside.
- Mix dough with cheese, parsley and onion.
Form into 1-inch balls; dip into melted butter and place in prepared
pan. Let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Bake at 350*F (175*C) for 45 minutes.
Cool in pan for 5 to 10 minutes before removing. Serve warm.
Makes one (3-pound) loaf.
