Jada's Monkey Bread
A quick and easy, cinnamon and sugar pull-apart bread made with refrigerated biscuits. Recipe submitted by Jada G.
Recipe Ingredients:
3 (10-ounce) cans of biscuits
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 cup packed brown sugar
Cooking Directions:
- Cut biscuits into quarters. Place in bag of sugar and cinnamon and shake until well coated. Drop into greased tube pan. Sprinkle pecans on top.
- Mix margarine and brown sugar and bring to a boil. Pour over biscuits and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
