Potato Bread
This easy recipe for yeast-raised potato bread, uses instant potato flakes and is prepared using a bread machine.
Recipe Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk
3/8 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons butter
3 cup bread flour
1/4 cup instant potato flakes
1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 (0.25-ounce) packet active dry yeast, or 2 1/4 teaspoons
Cooking Directions:
- Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- Select Basic bread cycle and start machine.
Makes 1 (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
