The addition of evaporated milk adds nutrition
and makes your scrambled eggs light and fluffy! So easy to remember:
just use one tablespoon of evaporated milk per egg!
Carnation® Scrambled

- 8 large eggs
- 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION®
Evaporated Milk
- Nonstick cooking spray
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste

in medium bowl.
- Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking
spray; heat over medium-low heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet.
Cook, without stirring, until egg mixture begins to set on bottom
and around edges. With a spatula or spoon, lift cooked egg mixture
