Team this elegant variation of eggs benedict with slices of fresh fruit and steaming cups of Nescafé coffee.

Quick Eggs Benedict

1 (10-ounce) package STOUFFER'S® Welsh Rarebit, prepared according to package directions
2 English muffins, split and toasted
4 (1/4-inch thick) slices of cooked ham
4 large eggs, poached
  1. Top each muffin half with 1 slice ham and 1 poached egg; top with Welsh Rarebit.
