Sandy's Harvey Wallbanger Cake

1 (18.25-ounce) package yellow cake mix
1 (3.5-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1/4 cup vodka
1/4 cup orange liqueur
3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon orange juice
1 tablespoon orange liqueur
1 tablespoon vodka
  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.
  2. In a bowl combine cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs, 1/4 cup vodka, 1/4 cup orange liqueur, and 3/4 cup orange juice. Beat with an electric mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes. Cool 30 minutes; remove from the pan.
  4. Glaze: In a bowl combine sifted powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon orange juice, 1 tablespoon orange liqueur, and 1 tablespoon vodka. Mix well; drizzle over the warm cake.

Makes 16 servings.
