Spectacular Daisy Cake

1 (18.25-ounce) package white cake mix
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 (16-ounce) container prepared chocolate frosting
10 large marshmallows
2 teaspoons colored sugar sprinkles
  1. Prepare and bake white cake mix according to the package directions; this may require up to 1/3 cup oil and 3 eggs.
  2. Cool and frost with a chocolate frosting. Cut across the flat side of 10 marshmallows with scissors dipped in water to form petals. Push outward and sprinkle the cut side with colored sugar sprinkles. Cut 5 miniature marshmallows in half and place in the center of each petal. Arrange on the frosted cake.

Makes 12 servings.
