Chocolate has been called the 'food of the gods'. Try this Five-Minute Fudge for a really quick trip to paradise when you need a sweet, luscious treat. Mini-marshmallows give this fudge body while nuts add flavor and texture.

Five-Minute Fantastic Fudge

1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan with heavy aluminum foil; set aside.
  2. Combine sugar, evaporated milk and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  3. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, nuts and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are completely melted. Pour into prepared pan and cool until firm. Cut into squares or diamonds.

Makes 24 pieces.
