No-Bake SweetPotato Candy Balls

1 (24-ounce) vanilla-flavored almond bark
1 (10-ounce) package sweetened flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup sweetpotatoes, cooked and mashed
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  1. Melt almond bark in a double boiler.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Butter hands and roll in balls or flatten. Roll in chopped nuts if desired.

Makes 48 candy balls.
