Peanut Butter Fudge
One of the easiest, great-tasting recipes for peanut butter fudge around.
Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
5 large marshmallows
1 cup smooth or crunchy peanut butter
Cooking Directions:
- Mix first 4 ingredients together in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until all trace of marshmallow is melted.
- Remove from heat and add peanut butter, mixing well.
- Pour into a buttered 8-inch dish. Refrigerate until cooled. Cut into 1-inch squares, if desired.
Makes 64 (1-inch) squares.
