Ortega Smoked Chicken Quesadilla

Ortega Smoked Chicken QuesadillaSmoked chicken combined with roasted garlic salsa, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese make a winning combination in these tasty quesadillas.

Recipe Ingredients:

2 cups smoked chicken, cooked and shredded
1 cup ORTEGA Salsa - Roasted Garlic (Medium)
4 (8-inch) soft taco-size flour tortillas
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Cooking Directions:

  1. Combine salsa and chicken; mix well.
  2. Place chicken mixture on half of each tortilla.
  3. Combine cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese in small bowl. Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture. Fold tortillas in half.
  4. Heat in medium skillet, turning occasionally, until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
